7 new houses proposed for Bickleigh

Mr Jed Hewitt has re-submitted plans to Mid Devon Council for 7 new "family" homes in the field adjacent to Highfields. A similar application was refused by the Mid Deon Planning Committee last September. The major change with the new application is to provide a new access onto the site from the Main A396 road, close to the Highfields property.
