Planning Appeal dismissed

The Planning Inspector has dismissed the Appeal against the refusal of planning  permission for 7 new dwellings on the field adjacent to Highfields.

"Overall, I conclude that the development would be harmful to the setting of the abovementioned listed buildings as well as being harmful to the character and appearance of the Conservation Area."
