Harvest home 2022

A fine sunny day helped make this year's harvest celebrations a great success. Children and adults of all ages came together to enjoy a variety of afternoon sports followed by tea in the village hall. A church service on the following day included readings and prayers from a local farming family.

How lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place and come together as an active community. Many thanks to all who helped plan, prepare and ensure all went well on both days. This photo shows brilliantly the eagerness of all ages and sizes who took part in the junior tug of war. The senior tug of war was also keenly fought!
