EE mast update

Received a phone call this week from Rebecca in the EE Complaints department. She reports that engineers have decided that the dish either needs raising or tops taken off some of the trees. Apparently the problem affects both the Yearlstone and Exeter Pensylyvania masts. She could give no explanation as to why it has taken so long to restore the service but will keep me updated.
