Cleave Barton Wedding Venue - Appeal

The Cleave Barton Partnership has submitted a Planning Appeal to the Secretary Of State against the decision of Mid Devon Planning in June 2020 to refuse lifting certain conditions imposed within the planning approval for the Wedding Barn.. These conditions limited use as a wedding and function venue only, on a maximum of 28 days a year, prevented use of the Courtyard area between 7pm and 7am and banned the playing of amplified music in the Courtyard area.
